Yesterday Sophie was demonstrating some yoga poses for Ben. She described each one, told him the name and then watched as he mimicked her every move. Jacob even joined in for awhile. I will say that the demonstration went much better before the camera came out.

I love it! Where did Sophie learn Yoga? I love Jacob's butt in the air for the first section of the video.
I do some yoga and they do it at school in class and in gym. I think it is so cool that they do that. Very centering for kids.
This is so cute!
That was really cute. Jacob's shrill cry of excitement was really cute too. And Ben's participation was cute, and sophie's battle between being sheepish for the camera and teacher-like for Ben was also cute.
