Anyway there was a nail sticking out of the back and Jacob got it. It is one of those things where you cringe and think if he had gotten it just a fraction of an inch closer to his eye what would have happened!!!!
All is well now though
A custom long band-aid with Jacob's personal addition of a perpendicular band-aid for show only (Jacob is also sporting Sophie's hat the neighbor made 2 winters ago. Someday Jacob will know his colors and care that he is wearing a purple hat, but for now we are good!)

Thank goodness it didn't get his eye! Looks like a long scratch. Don't you wish kids would understand why there are rules...not to be broken!
OH NO!!!! Thanks goodness his eye is ok. That is scary. Nails always freak me out when I see them poking out of things.
I really hope he wouldnt care about wearing purple! Do you think it is a girls color?
