I had my suspicions about our mama bunny (did you know that they can get pregnant immediately after birth?) My suspicions were confirmed on Thursday when she began pulling her fur out to make a nest and then proceeded to have four more baby bunnies!!! Hopefully there will be no more posts on this subject. The picture is from a little over 24 hours after they were born. They look ugly, but you would not believe how soft and velvety they are.
Oh and here is one more picture of the first litter, for comparison.

I find this so humorous! It's just like all the old math examples: if two bunnies make two more bunnies, and they have bunnies, how many will you eventually end up with? What are you going to do with them all? Keep up the blogging, it's so nice to hear all the updates about your family! And Jacob is darling! He's growing up way too fast though....
